First: Consultation Schedule
Request Days:
Consultation requests are received 7 days a week through the foundation's official website by completing the consultation request form.
Consultation Hours:
Consultations are provided daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, according to available pre-booked appointments.
Consultation Medium:
Consultations are delivered via WhatsApp or phone call, based on the beneficiary's preference coordinated with the reception desk.
Second: Consultation Terms & Conditions
- Complete the consultation request form fully and accurately.
- Provide a clear, brief description of the case or topic to help reception determine the appropriate consultation type and specialist.
- Pay the consultation fee of (100 SAR) prior to the scheduled session.
- Book the consultation appointment in advance through the foundation website.
- Requests with incomplete information or lacking a clear description will not be approved.
- The beneficiary is committed to being available on time and ready to connect via the chosen medium.
Organizational Note: The foundation reserves the right to decline or reschedule any consultation request if terms are not met, if outside our scope of service, or due to organizational circumstances.
